the staff was very friendly (i especially liked their recommendations). the receptionists helped store my bags before check-in, which i appreciated. the room was comfortable and i slept well. breakfast had plenty of choice.
the air conditioning didn't work. i didn't want to bother anyone since it was late. i ended up feeling too warm. someone opened the door twice while i was in the bathroom without knocking, which i did not find very respectful.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There were many choices. I also found some nice restaurants nearby. The cleaning team did an excellent job.
The room's windows overlooked an interior space instead of the street, somewhat disappointing. The bar and outside area closed quite early at 23:00. I wish there were more hours for the bar. The lobby was also small.

the staff were very helpful, they give us good tips for local eatery. the breakfast had good selections with fresh fruits and pastries. our room was very clean and the bed felt comfy after i spend whole day walkin'.
our room wasn't very big, we almost didn't have enough space for our suitcases, its size was small. sometimes, it was noisy because the soundproofing was not very good. the air conditioning didn't seem cold, it struggle.

The room was spacious. the staff responded quickly to our requests, even late at night. the breakfast had many choices, awesome. i found the hotel close to the metro and bus stops. Traveling around was easy.
the room smelled a bit musty! i noticed some mold on the shower curtain! though the hotel was otherwise very well maintained.

The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the metro station. Nearby, there are several cafes that offer breakfast and dining options. I found the staff to be helpful, especially one young gentleman working the evening shift. He quickly answered all my questions. The rooms were clean, which fully met my needs.

The location was great. It was near the metro and buses. It also had many places to eat. The room was clean, and that was a plus. Two free drink vouchers were a nice touch.
The lobby was small, so it got crowded. The bar and outside area closed early at 23:00. That was disappointing. One staff member, Marie, was impolite. She had trouble communicating with guests.
